The Chairman will normally only deal with queries that the other committee members have referred to him. He is Responsible for the overall control of the club and as such has the final say on all decisions that effect the club in any way.

Acting as deputy to the Chairman, acting on his behalf in his
absence and generally assisting him in his duties.
Tom is also in charge of all track adjustments and maintainance.
